Versatile Traffic Data has developed the capabilities to produce digital maps summarizing the location and characteristics of the data collected. These digital maps utilize Google Earth and/or ArcGIS as specified by client. Additionally, the data collected can be converted to many formats including Excel, Access and shape files.
Versatile Traffic Data is a company that is made up of more than just equipment. It has staff with extensive experience in engineering data collection and analysis. It has 6 full time staff, and 8 part time employees. The staff has been trained and has experience in various data collection procedures, as well as producing condition diagrams and phasing diagrams.
George A. Eljabbour has performed transportation engineering tasks since 1987 in the Central Florida Area. He is responsible for the management of the data collection for VTD. He also performs analysis of the data, as well as quality control and assurance procedures.

He has been responsible for data collection throughout the state of Florida, including Central Florida, South Florida, North Florida, Treasure Coast, Gulf Coast, and in the panhandle.
Mr. Eljabbour's experience with traffic analysis goes beyond the data collection realm. He has worked to produce traffic studies for over 200 developments, including concurrency studies, impact fee studies and Development of Regional Impact (DRI) analyses; design traffic analyses, roadway corridor studies, and systems plans for Florida DOT, FHWA, and various Cities and Counties. Mr. Eljabbour also has been responsible for the development of traffic signal system timings.
Paul H Rhoads has over twenty-seven years of experience in transportation planning and engineering. His areas of expertise include Travel Demand Modeling for Developments of Regional Impact (DRI) analysis and monitoring, impact fee analysis, concurrency studies. He has extensive experience in modeling and traffic analysis for Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority, and Walt Disney World Master Planning. He has also been involved in development and operation of various regional transportation models throughout the state.
He has been involved in various data collection activities, including the reduction and analysis of traffic data. Mr. Rhoads was involved in the testing phase and later the use of travel time & delay software. He has participated in the data collection and reduction of travel characteristics and origin/ destination surveys as part of numerous studies for systems planning projects.
Mr. Rhoads has experience with software development. He has developed programs and systems for analysis of sub-area models, management of area-wide count databases, crash database analysis and various utilities. These programs have had interoperability with GIS and CADD systems, transportation models, Google Maps and various other file formats/systems. He is experienced in GIS data and graphic systems.
